About the Event
Our youth weightlifting program runs two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) for six weeks. Upon registering you will be emailed our parent intake to complete. New family orientation will be on Thursday, August 6th from 5:15pm - 6pm. Our program is open to kids ages 10-18 and continue to be FREE.
